Ever wish you could pick up your TV and carry it around with you? Samsung and AT&T are gearing up to launch a new device you might be interested in: The Galaxy View 2.

Like its predecessor, which was released in 2015, the Galaxy View 2 is an Android tablet that's designed to be used as a TV. The LTE-connected TV tablet features a 17.3-inch full HD touch screen (down from the original's 18.4-inch display) and quad speakers with Dolby Atmos Sound. It comes with a built-in stand, so you can easily prop it up on a table.

In terms of specs, the Galaxy View 2 features a 12,000 mAh battery and 64GB of built-in memory (expandable up to 400GB with a microSD card). Other specs include a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls, an Exynos 7884 processor, and 3GB of RAM, according to Droid Life. There's no word yet on how much it weighs, but the original was around six pounds.

A feature called TV mode will let you quickly access AT&T's DirecTV Now streaming service, and you can switch between on-demand content and live TV with a swipe.

When you're not using it as a TV, you can use it to browse the Web or access Android apps from the Google Play store. A feature called AT&T NumberSync will let you use your smartphone number to make and receive voice and video calls on the Galaxy View 2.

The AT&T-exclusive device will go on sale tomorrow, April 26, the carrier tells PCMag. As for price, Droid Life reports that it will cost $37 per month for 20 months on AT&T Next. That works out to $740.
